Q: What kind of lighting do you offer?
A: We specialize in sculptural, ambient table lamps designed to elevate your space. Each piece is made with care and intention — perfect for living rooms, bedrooms, and workspaces.

Q: Are the lamps dimmable?
A: Currently, our lamps offer a soft, consistent glow ideal for ambient lighting. Some models may include dimming options — check the product description for details.

Q: What materials do you use?
A: All Lunite lamps are crafted with recyclable PETG and plant-based PLA — thoughtfully chosen for their durability, beauty, and low environmental impact. You can read more on our Materials page.


🚚 Orders & Shipping

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship globally. Except the conflicted areas.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Each lamp is made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for production, and another 2–7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.


💬 Support & Returns

Q: What if my lamp arrives damaged?
A: Oh no! If your lamp arrives with any issues, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right — whether that’s a replacement or refund. Please provide unboxing videos for claim.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: For international customer, for now we do not accept returns. We’re still find the best solution for this.

Q: What kind of plug or power source do the lamps use?
A: Our lamps use a standard plug-in power cord, some product have built-in power supply (check the product listing for specifics). They’re energy-efficient and ready to glow right out of the box.

Q: How do I clean my lamp?
A: Simply use a soft, dry cloth to wipe off any dust. Avoid using harsh chemicals or water, as it could affect the finish or internal components.
